·A 6-10-week program in the summer to train up those who are called to vocational ministry to develop their ministry skills and raise up the next generation of ministry leaders. This program is flexible and tailored to the individual depending on their calling, gifts, and experience.

-Experience a wonderful Christian Community in a beautiful part of the state in Mountain Home, AR.

-Receive mentorship from one of our ministry staff leaders by meeting regularly together, going through reading materials, and completing discipleship assignments.

-Housing for the summer is provided.

Ministry Opportunities available:

o   Student Ministry- leading bible studies or small groups, running game time, discipling younger students, attending church camp.

o   Children’s Ministry- planning and coordinating events with children over the summer, attending church camp, teaching children’s church.

o   Worship Ministry- leading on praise team with students on Wednesday and assisting in worship on Sundays, attending Praise Works Camp.

o    Summer Celebration- assisting in planning & running kids day program, leading kids worship, and providing administrative leadership.

o   Missions- Going on our churchwide mission trip to the Dominican Republic, planning other service opportunities for the students
